We recently hired Chu and Billy to install CoolVu Smart Film in our corporate conference rooms, and the entire experience was outstanding. From initial measurement to the final installation, both Chu and Billy demonstrated top-tier professionalism, precision, and incredible attention to detail. The installation quality is flawless—seamless edges and absolutely no bubbles. The smart film has completely transformed our workspace, allowing us to maintain an open, bright feel daily, while instantly switching to total privacy for confidential meetings with a click of a button. If you are looking to upgrade your office space with a premium privacy solution, I highly recommend Chu and Billy. Their expertise and customer service are unmatched!

I couldn’t be happier with how the decorative privacy film on my door turned out! The finished result completely transformed the look of my entryway while still letting in natural light. Super professional, detail-oriented, and the final result completely elevated the look of my home. Highly recommend! 5 stars all the way!!!

Fantastic family run business: well organized, prompt pricing, on time installation, great service after the sale and a beautiful finished window film. I know my project required more work than the original estimate; Chu honored the original quote and with a smile. Great firm and kind people to work with, thank you for a job well done.

I had a fantastic experience with CoolVu! Chu and her husband, Billy came out to assess my property in Ballantyne, NC, and took the time to truly understand what I was looking for. They were in incredibly responsive, personable, and honest throughout the entire process. Their expertise helped me choose the best types of security film to meet my needs, and the whole process, from consultation to installation, took just three weeks, including ordering and delivery. The installation looks beautiful, especially the decorative film layered over the security film around my front door. It’s not just about aesthetics, the added security has given me a real sense of peace in my home. I highly recommend CoolVu to anyone in the area looking for quality work and trustworthy professional professionals.
